The buyer purchases a covering of the above-mentioned stallion under the conditions described below.

STUD FEE (excluding 6% VAT)

FIRST PART* : 250 EUR reservation (fixed fee)
SECOND PART* : …. EUR if mare is pregnant on 01/10/25 + GPV

* The first part must be paid immediately after booking. The first part is a fixed fee and is non-transferable. A dose for the next heat cycle can only be obtained once the first part has been paid in full.

* The second part (pregnancy surcharge) is due on October 1 if the mare is pregnant.

TERMS OF USE

1. The covering is reserved for the mare registered on the order form

2. The mare will be inseminated maximum 3 times par contract. The seller reserves the right to stop inseminations if the mare is not pregnant after July 1 and has already been inseminated in at least three cycles.

3. The stud fee excludes: gynecological supervision and other veterinary costs, health certificates, and transport costs. These expenses must be paid directly to the veterinarian/insemination centre.

4. In case of embryo transfer, the stud fee is charged per successfully transferred embryo.

5. Live foal guarantee (if applicable):

A live foal guarantee applies if the mare aborts or gives birth to a stillborn foal. The second part of the stud fee can be recovered through a rebreeding in the following breeding season, upon presentation of a veterinary certificate and the original covering certificate. No refund of the stud fee will be made. The live foal guarantee lapses if the second part has not been paid by October 1.

6. The mare owner must inform before October 1 whether the mare is pregnant or not by means of a veterinary certificate.

If the breeder fails to report that the mare is barren, the pregnancy surcharge will automatically be charged. After payment of the pregnancy surcharge, the covering certificate will be sent.
